This week, was the week before Christmas, and yet again, I visited another classroom! With that being said, friendship bracelets became a focus for this week, with a new little friend that I had made a couple of friendship bracelets with, her for her and her classmates. My approach to the week was calmer then, I feel, most of my previous visits or maybe that's a sign, that the centre was more then welcoming and accommodating. As I reflect on this experience, I was thankful for networking opportunities, made possible, by this centre, and for their understanding and knowledge of where to place items. Having craft supplies on hand, was appreciated as I was able to make popsicle stick houses, and other crafts with the children with these supplies. Lastly, I was thankful and appreciated the time, I was given to build on skills in the classroom and work towards goals I have such as reading comfort with children, or getting snack prepared.
