Throughout my courses at Fanshawe College, safety has been a top priority. Within the last two classes I have had, Understanding Child Abuse and Family Violence, expression and engagement, being two of the four pillars of How Does Learning Happen, become present. Within "Understanding Child Abuse" an inquiry on how to engage with families and make safety a top priority for ourselves, comes to mind.
