These wands, are meant for teaching fine motor skills such as sprinkling, glueing, and sticking items together. The group, I was with were infants and could be a great craft to put together, as the wands can be made ahead of time, while supplies such as feathers and stickers can be provided to infants to try to attach to the star wands!
